Film: a Wraith holding line-abreast on a crewed F-35A at a thousand feet of separation, high over a coastline at dawn.

Fantom Defense · Edge-resident autonomy

Nobody goes in alone

We build the help that gets there first and stays when the network cannot — in the skies alongside a crewed flight, under the water, underground, and beside the rifleman. Every node carries the whole mission model, so it keeps working on its own.

The Arsenal

All systems
In development Wraith Collaborative combat aircraft. The wingman that does not get tired, scared, or old — 830 nm radius, 6.4 h endurance, launched from forty feet of flat ground. In development Ghost Armoured bipedal humanoid, defense configuration. It crosses the ground that stops a wheel and a track, it carries the small arms the squad already carries, and it fires nothing without a human authorization signed into Revenant Ledger first. Poltergeist Warhead, seeker and fuel traded at the flight line, not at the factory. One SKU covers ISR, decoy and strike. Banshee If it does not engage it lands, refuels and re-arms itself. Next sortie in nine minutes, unattended. Specter Ducted lift and wing-borne cruise on one airframe. Hovers like a rotorcraft, then holds station for fourteen hours. Leviathan 68 ft, 190 t, 6,500 nm. Pier-launched — no drydock, no crane over 30 t, no shipyard queue. Styx A 62-foot modular mission deck that launches and recovers Banshee and Shade at sea. A floating arsenal that costs less than a hull number. Catacomb Builds a survey-grade model of an unknown facility in total RF and GPS denial, under fire. Dowser Cosmic-ray muon tomography finds a hardened tunnel at 90 m through rock. The integration time it costs is on the product page. Revenant The autonomy operating system. Command that survives contact — five modules that hold a mission together after the network is gone. Vigil Twelve days of solar autonomy at 40° north in December. Self-erects in eleven minutes, one person. Lantern Custody, not detection. Forty-eight satellites hold one continuous track file on a maneuvering object. Shroud Non-kinetic close-in defense of high-value US assets. Every proximity action is Ledger-signed, which is the only reason this is politically fieldable.

Revenant

Enter Revenant

A revenant is what comes back after it dies. The name is the product claim: five modules that hold a mission together when the network, the tanker and the command post are all gone.

Revenant Core
Edge autonomy runtime. World model, ROE engine and mission plan resident on every node inside a 40 W envelope.
Revenant Mesh
Peer-to-peer tactical network with no master node and no cloud tether. Opportunistic RF, optical and acoustic bearers for undersea and subterranean, where RF is dead.
Revenant Forge
Sim-to-real training and digital twin. Fielded nodes stream trajectories back and the fleet re-trains nightly. Field to sim to fleet in under 24 hours.
Revenant Ledger
Hash-chained, signed record of every observation, classification, authorization and engagement. Tamper-evident, court-admissible and verifiable offline with a published tool.
Revenant Link
Certified gateways into Link 16, MADL, TTNT, IBCS, MDL and NATO Link 22. We integrate into the crewed force instead of asking it to adopt us.
Mesh topology · 16 nodes · no master · 2 bearers severed, 0 nodes lost

Forge-1

Build the arsenal
Concept rendering of Forge-1 in late-afternoon haze: white column-free assembly bays laid into Georgia farmland and pine, curving access roads, a rail spur, and a ship channel with an outfitting quay along one edge carrying a hull.

To be built in Georgia

Forge-1 — concept rendering

A new standard in defense manufacturing. Planned, not built — groundbreaking 2027, first article 2028.

1,100acres Savannah, Georgia, under option — deepwater channel at the fence line
5.4M ft² Planned under roof, single-storey, column-free primary bays
4,200jobs Planned employment at full rate in 2032
Q32028 Target date for first article off the line

Savannah rather than an inland site, because Fantom intends to build a 190-ton undersea vehicle and a 62-foot surface vessel, and an inland plant cannot ship a hull. Add I-95 and I-16, a workforce already trained on aerospace and high-rate assembly, Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield for test, and no winter that stops a concrete pour. Forge OS is designed to carry a Ledger hash on every part, from raw stock to fielded serial number.

Program Roadmap

All milestones

We are pre-award and pre-first-article. Rather than a newsroom with nothing in it, here are the next milestones and the acceptance criteria we intend to be measured against — published in advance, so the number cannot be moved afterwards to fit the result. None of these has happened yet.
